Living Donation

In California, more than 21,000 people are in need of an organ transplant. Over 90% of those on the waitlist are in need of kidney transplants.

While many are successfully transplanted each year, the growing need exceeds the number of kidneys available from deceased donors. One of the best ways to help reduce the numbers waiting for lifesaving transplants is becoming a living donor.
