Please fill out the form below and upload your photo to each category you’d like to enter. You can only send one photo per category.
DMVs in the following categories will be recognized as winners:
- Best Blue & Green Day Photo Statewide (Photos are judged throughout the entire state of CA)
- Best Photo With Gold Number 20 (Special Category This Year Only To Celebrate DMV and Donate Life Partnership Anniversary)
- Best Blue & Green Day Photo Per DMV Region (Photos are judged within each DMV Region)
- Facebook Favorite Statewide (All photos are posted on Donate Life California Facebook page and the photo with the most likes will win)
If you have more photos you’d like to share (we’d love to see them) they must be sent separately from your contest submission and will not be part of the contest. Feel free to email them to lacey@donatelifecalifornia.org
