Facts On the Need For Transplants
Donate Life California works to help close the gap of those waiting for an organ and those able to receive them. Currently, there are over 100,000 in the United States waiting for lifesaving organs and over 20,000 of those are based here in California.
On top of that, there is a countless amount of individuals who will need tissue donations to be healed. These patients include breast cancer survivors, burn victims, those who’ve lost their sight, and many more.
