For our members, we offer a comprehensive Transplant Case Management Program where skilled, specialized nurses work to advocate, coordinate, facilitate, assess, and communicate with patients, family caregivers, and the entire treatment team. The medical director and nurses in our program have more than 100 years’ transplant experience among them.
