Three Organ Recipients Featured in Central California News Article
The stories of double lung recipients Marco Bautista and Barbara Witter and heart transplant recipient Ray Lingard are featured in an article for the Calaveras Enterprise in central California’s Mother Lode region that includes Amador, Calaveras and Tuolumne counties.
The three Donate Life California Ambassadors are now committed to raising awareness for organ, eye and tissue donation. All three will be available to tell their stories and answer questions at the Mark Twain Medical Center Health Fair, held on Saturday, June 29. Tracy Bryan of Sierra Donor Services will also be on hand to sign people up on California’s organ and tissue donor registry.
