Seven years ago I was blessed and received a double lung transplant at UCLA here in CA. Sadly, my body rejected my new lungs and I needed another transplant.
After 6 months in the hospital, I again was blessed and received a single lung transplant on 11-17-2008, at UCLA.
Not a day goes by that I do not think or give thanks to my “Amazing Donors” I am alive today because they said “Yes” to the Gift of Life.
