James “Jimmy” Kelly, Jr. was a wonderful son, brother, uncle, friend and Godfather, who was diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in 2009. Because of the generous organ donation of a donor, Jimmy was the recipient of a double lung transplant in 2011. This gift blessed Jimmy with many more years of memories with his loved ones.
