Lillian Huynh was born on September 7, 2006 in Sacramento. At one month old she was diagnosed with a liver disease and at six weeks had an operation which unfortunately did not have the hoped-for effect. Eventually, Lillian went into liver failure and faced death. Just one week after her first birthday, Lillian was so lucky and blessed to receive the “Gift of Love” from an anonymous deceased donor and had a liver transplant.
Since then, Lillian has been living her life like any other normal child. Now at eight years old, she is energetic, smart and loves school.
