Hello, my name is Michael Alden. I am a 14 year old middle school student. I am doing a service project to increase awareness for Organ Donation. My grandfather was a recipient of a liver and kidney. It took him a very long time to get to the top of the
list in order to receive those special gifts. It made my heart break to see him hoping and waiting not knowing if he would ever receive one and then I realized he wasn’t the only one waiting. If more people sign up more people would be able to live. Now it’s my responsibility to share this!! My goal is to share knowledge about why kids my age and their families should sign up to be organ donors.
